Kristina was extremely accommodating helping me purchase my home. I was still living out of state while looking for houses and she made herself open to my very constricted availability. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great realtor.

I based my decision to use Kristina based upon two factors: 1) Recommendation from a professional mortgage advisor. 2) Her personalized website. Both allowed me to gain some insight to the person she is before we even met. I really liked how Kristina was able to create search profiles for me on MLS and generate email notifications of properties that met my search criteria. Kristina was prompt with responding to email and phone calls, and was very good at reaching out to the sellers agent to get questions answered for me. The processes Kristina used were very efficient and up to date with today's online technologies. I enjoyed the benefit of electronic signatures. The preparation of the purchase agreement and addendums were excellent. Using a realtor with a BA in English is a good thing to have. It was helpful to me that Kristina identified a tool called "Updater" for me to help identify resources that can take care of move and change of address related things. Unlike other realtors that wait for their check at closing and split (never to be heard from again), Kristina continues to be in contact with me, just to make sure things are going OK and to ask if there is anything else she can do. The litmus test will be if I get a Christmas card from her this year.
