Kristen is thorough, so nice, and got our home sold quickly and for so much more we thought we could get! She answered all my questions and my family is so thankful for her! Would highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kristen helped my husband and I with the sale of our home and purchase of a forever home a few cities away. Starting with our sale, Kristen’s expertise and leg work was really second to none. She showed up for a walkthrough, explained every detail of the process along with what we could do to get the most profit out of our home, which was needed for our forever home. She was like a friend I could call or text at any hour to ask the silliest questions that I felt couldn’t wait for answers and would always get a response as if she was so happy to hear from us. This relationship she built created the trust and security we needed for Kristen to get our house on the market and follow through with a successful transaction of selling our house for $30k over listing price. As for our new home purchase it started with a slim market and Kristen did a ton of marketing and leg work looking for people ready to sell in our desired location. We saw a few houses that came on the market and left every one thinking “we aren’t going to find exactly what we want in our budget, do we just settle?” Absolutely not an option for Kristen. Fast forward to the for sale by owner, a beautiful house that was just out of reach in our eyes but in the perfect location. Kristen spent hours of communication between the seller and us and drove well out of her way to personally meet with them multiple times to see if we could get on the same page… her hard work paid off! We reached a deal that we never thought possible and could not have happened without her. She lined up our sale/buy perfectly and kept us calm and reassured with constant information and communication every step of the way. In the end, we have our perfect new home in the place we want to raise our young family because of her and getting the max dollar out of our home to make the new home possible. Working with Kristen was like working with a best friend… only we had never met before.
