She was excellent at finding and getting tours. When it came to the house i bought she was excellent at pushing and making sure i got the contract and making sure everything went smoothly.

Kristen is a savvy realtor who is very knowledgeable about the market. She will take the time to understand the sellers needs and identifies what is important to them. She was able to answer our questions timely via text, phone or e-mail. When she needed to go out of town she identified a point person we could reach-out too if we needed something urgent, yet, she was still answering my texts while she was out of town. She was able to assist us in identifying what "fixes" needed to be completed in order to get top dollar for our home. She would check-in on a regular basis to see if any assistance was needed to ensure we were able to meet our target date of putting it on the market. When we had to move out of state before we sold our home she was AMAZING! She was picking up our mail, checking on our home, giving us updates and even vacuumed our home to ensure it was kept in perfect condition for the showings. When our home was listed, Kristen took a strategic approach to ensure the price point would attract buyers and gain traction in the market in hopes of receiving multiple offers. Her strategic approach worked!! The first day on the market we had 6-8 showings and the showings continued with 6 or more showings a day. We received multiple offers on our home which resulted in accepting an offer well above our asking price!!
