Kris Sofroni

Kris was truly exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He negotiated on our behalf, always looked out for our best interests, and made sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. What really sets Kris apart is that he goes beyond simply doing his job. He takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, answer every question, and make what can be a stressful process feel much easier. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication made a real difference to my parents during such an important milestone in their lives. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did to help them secure their new home. It’s rare to find someone who combines such strong negotiation skills and market knowledge with genuine kindness and care for the people he works with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is truly a credit to his profession.

Purchasing our first home was such a special milestone for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through this journey! Kris professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine dedication made the entire experience truly exceptional. Kris went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and confident every step of the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping make our dream of homeownership a reality! We are forever grateful and couldn’t recommend you more highly! 🏡❤️

From our first meeting with Kris, we knew we found a good agent. We mapped out our search area and price point. Went house hunting and within no time we found our home. Great experience and communication. Highly recommend and will use him in the future again.

Kris did a great job selling our house. We are truly grateful and blessed.

Kris is one of the most professional people I’ve worked with. Always in communication, always providing updates, always proactive in getting the ball rolling and making sure we’re set up for the next step. I went from searching for a place to closing in less than a month. He also really understands how to negotiate effectively, he guided in making offers that benefit me but also did not result in non-engaging or non-responsive sellers. Honest, transparent, caring, and careful in his work. If you want a trustworthy person representing you, you can’t go wrong with Kris.

Kris was solid from start to finish on the purchase of my investment property at Pine Ave. Communication was clear, expectations were realistic, and there was no wasted time. Everything that needed attention was handled, and nothing felt overcomplicated. Exactly what you want when buying an investment property.
