Kim was essential to the sale of my condo. She reviewed the property and gave me great market analysis to help me decide on when to put the property up for sale and for how much. She was very responsive to all of the inquiries. She always kept me informed on the progress of the property and all of the steps needed to get us to the closing. This my first home. With Kim it was lot easier, she never pushed me and told all the pros and cons about the house. Also during making an offer for the house, I wanted to put offer way above the asking price. But she suggested to be within the limit with how much the house was worth. Eventually, this worked out very good for me. If you are looking to buy a new house I would definitely recommend her.
