Kimberly has been extremely proactive in helping with all aspects of the sale of my condo in a very short time. She is also extremely easy to work with, and responds quickly to all calls an messages. She was available immediately as a go-between with the buyer's realtor and the title company. In addition to an extremely conscientious job (giving a modestly priced condo the same attention as a more expensive property) a special plus involved her photos that we added to the traditional real estate pictures. Kim is wonderful!!! She has her hands full with my family. Mother sold her house and it was a distance for her to travel, but she helped us out. When it was time for me to buy my home and she was amazing. She has taken really good care of my family. She knows multiple areas in Michigan and really was quick to show us houses and on top of everything. She had great knowledge and useful experience that she passed on to me.
