Kim helped my family in selling our mother's home. She was wonderful. Very responsive to all calls, texts and emails. She kept my brother and I updated on every step of the process. She met me at the home prior to listing to give advice and added little staging items to make the house more inviting (nice soothing picture in the living room, bowl of fruit on the kitchen table, pretty hand towels in the bathroom etc.) Kim was very knowledgeable in the current market value and suggested a higher listing price than I had in mind.
