I have bought and sold at least three other properties and I have never had anyone take the time or the effort to make sure that everything went smoothly. From photos to videos to showings everything went perfectly. I believe that Kimberly went above and beyond to assure that all went according to plan! 45 showings in three days and several offers on the first day. Kim helped my family in selling our mother's home. She was wonderful. Very responsive to all calls, texts and emails. She kept my brother and I updated on every step of the process. She met me at the home prior to listing to give advice and added little staging items to make the house more inviting (nice soothing picture in the living room, bowl of fruit on the kitchen table, pretty hand towels in the bathroom etc.) Kim was very knowledgeable in the current market value and suggested a higher listing price than I had in mind. She was right! We actually sold quite a bit higher than listing and had multiple offers in the first couple days. Kim helped us pick the best offer by explaining all the differences (conventional vs cash offer, money down, appraisal value, inspection issues). House listed on Friday and was sold Sunday. Felt bad because we were going through offers on a Saturday night and a Sunday evening, but Kim was on top of things the whole time. Highly recommend Kim for listing your house.
