Kim found homes that perfectly addressed our desires/needs, presented them in a most gracious manner, and negotiated our purchase with extreme professionalism. She addressed all our questions/concerns quickly and expertly. We were out of state buyers. When we chose a house to purchase, Kim processed all purchase/closing negoations, inspections and "paperwork" as our surrogate, flawlessly. Every experience was a simple process all because of the hard work that Kim put in not only with us but our lender and the seller of the property we were looking at. We started our home search with a different agent. The agent left us with no information for weeks. I contacted a very good friend of the family and she contacted Kim for us. Once Kim met with my dad and myself, we knew we just met someone special, Kim took all the negatively that was hovering over us, and just got rid of it. She started showing us homes that were great, but what we didn’t know is that she just kept giving us better and better options. That all stopped the day we walked into our new home. It felt like home. Kim took a sad situation and turned it into a masterpiece. Our home is beautiful and can afford me to be able to care for my aging parents in the en suite. I couldn’t let this gem get away and Kim, knowing me and seeing my enthusiasm ran and got everything done in a matter of hours. Kim worked tirelessly every single day for 2 months. When I asked Kim to be honest with me, she was. She always kept her cool, and always saw the silver lining through the clouds. She is dedicated and passionate about what she does....and what she does is change lives forever. Kim has changed our lives forever. Kim is our friend but truthfully Kim is now our family. We love her unconditionally because of how she gave to us unconditionally. We are famliy. A true professional that is knowledge about market values and the best up and coming neighbourhoods and where to put your money. Kim is the beat person for that job.
