Well one thing we knew for sure before relocating to Texas, is that in Texas! Everything is BIG and spread out. We met Kimberly through a Zillow listing and made our initial introductions. We were so dead certain on moving to Texas that we made an offer on a property right away with Kimberly! That one didn’t pan out but she kept us up to date from 2000 miles away until we could finally break free and actually travel to Texas for a week to house hunt. She drove from one end of the DFW To the other from morning to night trying her heart out to help us fulfill our dream of homeownership in Texas. We were Hot, we were tired, we had our kids with us, we got lost, we never gave up hope. Finally on our last day in town we struck Gold. And in less than 48 hours we were in contract with sellers, lenders, insurance, escrow folks, all because Kimberly guided us to the right people. Bless her heart and her patient husband from whom we stole so much time from with Kimberly’s dedication and commitment to us during our long journey. We can’t thank her enough for this experience. Mrs Kim was the Best she listened to what I had to say, she knew I was a single women that didn't have a saving for down payment. She treated me as a friend and found me a home in a perfect neighborhood that fits me to a tee. She brought her husband Jack because we had to see the home at night because of my work schedule so I felt safe. I have been living here 10 months and I still call to ask her questions (like homestead rules) and she has no problem giving me information. She is the BEST.

Working with Kim was the best home buying experience I've ever had. I had a very specific budget to maintain and Kim was upfront and honest with the strategy we should take to keep me within budget. She always followed thru with anything she said she would do, and consistently maintained contact with me so I always knew where we were in the process. I also was using a veterans home loan, which is very tricky and has alot of restrictions. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me navigate thru everything I didn't understand. Overall, I was very impressed working with Kim. She was professional, knowledgeable, has integrity and really made me feel like her number one priority.
