Well one thing we knew for sure before relocating to Texas, is that in Texas! Everything is BIG and spread out. We met Kimberly through a Zillow listing and made our initial introductions. We were so dead certain on moving to Texas that we made an offer on a property right away with Kimberly! That one didn’t pan out but she kept us up to date from 2000 miles away until we could finally break free and actually travel to Texas for a week to house hunt. We had certain criteria and Kimberly worked her tail off for us from the hour we got off the plane and hopped in our rental car and facilitated viewing all the properties we wanted to view. And in less than 48 hours we were in contract with sellers, lenders, insurance, escrow folks, all because Kimberly guided us to the right people. We started our journey with Kimberly in March of 2021. With the housing market we struggled to find a home that we loved at a price that we could afford. There were so many offers on homes we were getting beat out left and right, we wanted to give up. Kimberly stuck with us through it all showing us houses midweek and weekends, driving to show us houses at a moment's notice, and making the long drive to homes that were low odds without complaint.
