Kimberly was amazing! Very knowledgeable, fast, kind and friendly. Everything went smooth with her help. Absolutely would recommend to family or friends. She was there every step of the way. I really thought that she wasn’t going to even give us a chance when I was approved for 120k home loan. But she came through she didn’t judge the budget she did everything in her power to show me homes within my budget.. I raised the budget and she even helped negotiate the house of my dreams down to my budget! The houses needed a new roof and she also handled the negotiations with the seller on the roof! She is the sweetest most accommodating agent! She was truly a blessing! She even walked me to the water company so I could get the water turned on and sent me all the numbers that I needed to have the utilities put in my name!
