Kimberly was very responsive to questions, quickly replying to texts/emails. She was eagerly diligent in obtaining information from the seller’s agent, when needed. I don’t expect to need a realtor again but will certainly recommend Kimberly to friends.
I bought a property out of state and was disappointed with the service from this agent. They did not coordinate the final walkthrough or closing properly, which resulted in the house being left with a lot of the seller's furniture and trash. I had to spend a significant amount of money to clean it all up. I would not recommend this agent for out-of-state buyers.

Kimberly was over the top and awesome Realtor. She’s absolutely knowledgeable and professional. We worked with a realtor for 2 years and didn’t find luck finding a home that felt like home. However, as soon as we started working with Kimberly in less than 3 months we were able to find our dream home. He expertise and passion is so obvious through her works.
