I want to start out by saying what a wonderful experience it was working with Kim. I was selling my mothers condo after a long battle with her health. I was a emotional wreck and Kim (my hero) stepped in and assured me that everything was gonna be fine. She immediately got to work and made herself available for any questions or concerns I had .
