Kim, sold 2 condo's for me in the West VB corridor recently. Kim was extremely knowledgeable of the market and how to price the units. As I was out of state and family had not been in either condo for 2 years. Kim and her team were able to remove certain personal items for us, give the condo's a good dusting/sprucing up and ready for market in less than a week. I had Power of Attorney for an 80 and 88 year old family members who had never been thru a sales process. Kim coordinated with me daily/regularly with status reports, etc., regarding the sales process. Kim's timely communications allowed me to keep my "nervous" family members well informed! Closing documents were clearly marked for signature by the Title Company as well as an initial phone call to review all documents which needed signed, notarized and returned. Our whole process from start to finish took approximately 5 weeks and I can't say enough regarding how Kim and her team managed the entire process!

Kim was a joy to work with she did a great job the only small issues we had never really got the comparables so we kind of behind the curve trying to figure out the price. And I asked about if we could put in the contract 2% for the buyer since 2 % was what the seller was getting. But she never got back with me on that or maybe she didn’t get my message and then when the contracts came I just signed them other than that. She did great. Easy to talk to got a lot of viewers in a short time and got asking price. And protected us from buyers demands.
