This property was the 8th property I have purchased in the last 30 yrs. I have been in financial services sales for 34 yrs. I have discovered you can only be successful in sales if you listen to your clients. Kim was hands down the best relator I have worked with and a true professional. She listens and doesn't waste her time or yours. We only had limited time when we visited to look for a home and she made sure we made the best of each day. Once we put an offer in and it was accepted her and her team went to work. They made sure we had the best closing experience. That part of the purchase can be miserable if you don't have the right people. She went above and beyond to arrange cleaning of the house so we could move right in, also worked with the HOA to get us the access we needed.
