Our first impression of Kim was "here's a person who knows what she's doing and does it in a very pleasant way". She knows the market, knows the neighborhood and knows how to interact with people in the most positive way. It was a difficult market and a relatively slow time of year but Kim was persistent and things fell into place quickly and it was done! Her strategy recommendations were provided with an attitude that always left room for questions and positive discussion. What made it even better was that throughout the process, we always felt she was our friend and not just our selling agent. Kim has a great sense of humor and even was willing to accept almost all of my silliness. We really did enjoy interacting with her.
