Our apologies for not responding sooner to your request regarding the sale of our home in Oak Chase by Kim Small. We have been very busy getting settled in our new residence. Kim had initially recommended, according to the local "comps", an asking price of $430,000. Given the condition of the house together with the expanding Florida real estate market we increased the price by about 7% to $460,000. Kim ran with that, set up an excellent photo display on the internet and went to market. The house sold in a day and a half. All bids were at or above the asking price. Kim managed the bidding process excellently and the house sold for around 11% higher than the asking price. We very much appreciate Kim's attention to detail and would recommend her as a realtor to any of our friends or family.
