Kim is a professional realtor with honesty and patience. I enjoyed working with her ! Very hard working and helpful throughout the entire search and execution of the purchase of our new home.
We were pleasantly surprised by Kim's professionalism and how personable she is. We appreciate her knowledge of the area as well as the process. She did not pretend to be someone who knows every detail and was upfront about something she did not know (instead would make a note and find out the answer and pass on the information to us). She kept our interests in mind always and made sure we were satisfied with answers from sellers. When electrical repairs were completed prior to closing, we noticed the switchplates original to the house disappeared. Kim communicated our desire to have them returned or a reimbursement to us for the purchase of like-switchplates. She made it happen for us and we were grateful because now all the switchplates are the same.
Kim was awesome to work with. She went way above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and was sincerely out for our best interest. I would highly recommend working with Kim if you're looking for an agent that acts more like a partner in your home search than a salesperson.
We really enjoyed working with Kim. Our situation was a little bit unusual - we were moving back to the US after living for several years in the UK, and we had never lived in the Boston area before. Also, we wanted to buy a house before we moved so that we didn't have to move twice. Kim was very helpful and flexible - she helped us figure out which neighborhoods were good, when would be the best time to fly out to look for houses, previewed all the houses to make the best use of our time, and helped us buy the house from the UK, which was a very tricky process. Overall, Kim was very pleasant to work with, responsive, and kind. It always seemed that the most important thing to her was that we got the best house for our needs. We'd recommend her to anyone.
Working with Kim on the recent purchase of our house was a pleasure. She loves what she does and it shows - she is friendly, fun to work with as well as professional. I had worked with Kim before, so I knew her to have a great work effort, a strong attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to her work. I knew she would be the person to find us a house after months of looking on our own with no luck. She spent time with us to understand what we were looking for and our restrictions ( there were many!) around location, type of house, etc. She quickly understood what we were looking for and was very helpful in narrowing down our search for us. She stayed in constant communication with us and took a big burden of what can be an overwhelming house hunting process by checking out new properties as soon as they came on the market - making appointments for those that she knew we would like and letting us know not to spend the time on ones she knew would not fit our requirements - a great time saver. From finding the house we purchased (which we would not have gone to see had Kim not insisted that we would love it!) through the closing, Kim was always on top of things and always available. And she got us into the house that we love. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone either buying or selling a home!
