I cannot stress enough the fact you should have Kim on your side as your realtor. Her attention to detail and willingness to go out of her way to make sure your selling experience goes as smooth as possible is outstanding. Our first meeting was a nice meet and greet. She asked the right questions and we got to know each other to the point it was comfortable and easy to do business with her. On our second meeting she came with a pile of data and formal documentation, which took me by pleasant surprise. I had not had this type of care put into the sale of previous properties before. I loved it! She sold my home sooner than expected. She took care of the small and big details that a seller would normally be expected to handle themselves. You will know what I mean when you hire her. She responded to messages promptly and she kept me up to date on status and progress. Trust me, this is one of the most important factors to consider when hiring someone. Nothing worse that a realtor that does not put enough effort into the partnership. Do not trust the sale of your home to anyone else. Kim for President!! Ok, maybe not president, but I nominate her for Best Realtor EVEAH!

Working with Kim was an absolute dream. She sold our home (with only 1 open house!) and helped us find, and buy our new home. She is completely professional, and yet so relatable and down to earth. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. For the sale of our home, Kim went above and beyond to ensure that our house was ready to sell, and for a great price. She spent the time to sit down with my husband and I. She talked us through everything. She came back and conducted a walk through of our home and pinpointed little things that we could do to really make our home more attractive to potential buyers! She helped us find a handyman to do small repairs, a carpet cleaner, and someone to come clean our house before the open house to make sure it sparkled! She really made sure we had everything under control, and I couldn’t have been more glad that we had her! For buying our new home - Kim took us on several open houses. She just knew exactly what we were looking for. When we finally found it - it was a new construction that was to be built. Kim worked with us all spring, summer, and into late fall with the contractor to make sure our every wish for the new home came true. Again, she reminded us of everything we needed to do, and how to prepare for everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

I have been waiting for an opportunity to rave about Kim. She truly made the home buying process as painless as possible. So here are the things that I love about Kim in no particular order: 1) She was always available. I have a job with crazy hours and Kim always managed to get back to me right away. Better yet, she was always super supportive of working around my ridiculous schedule. 2) She is organized. I am a neurotic, type A, control freak. Not only did Kim put up with this (with grace by the way), but she blew my mind with how on top of everything she was. This is probably my highest compliment for her. I really felt like I could trust what she was doing. 3) She is flexible. If last minute I wanted to check a place out that I had found online, she had a way of making it happen (and very quickly I might add). 4) She is friendly: You just want to hang out with her because she is fun. 5) She was a solid advocate: As much as Kim was always a positive presence, she could consistently point out the pitfalls to the homes we were looking at and would find things that I would have never thought of or ever seen. She made sure the house I bought was the very best house that I could get. If someone in my family was looking to buy/sell a place, I would send them to Kim. She is amazing.

In Kim we found a buyer's agent we could trust. At the end of the day, in today's market, I truly believe it boils down to how bad you want the house. Or how much you are willing to compromise. But if you know you are working with somebody you can trust, that's half the battle won. As we kept working with her, trust came very easily. Thank you Kim!
