After doing my research on local realtors to sell my home I decided to go with Kim and I am extremely happy with the results. She worked the market effectively to promote my home. The pictures and staging came out great. The home sold within days and over asking price for me. It was all due to Kim's hard work and dedication to her profession. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them any more. However, our experience over the last three months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that RE/MAX Journey provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and sold - then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. For me, this is where RE/MAX Journey come into their own. Their after-sales progression management is second-to-none. Led by Kim McKean (I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Kim), she worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of her team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued and it was a nice reminder that leadership comes from the top. I cannot recommend RE/MAX Journey more highly. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and are delighted with the service we received from RE/MAX Journey.
