This is our second experience with Jeff, first time as a buyer, this time as a seller. As a buyer Jeff knew the types of houses and neighborhoods we wanted to live in and was able to match us with many options as we explored purchasing our forever home. Once we toured the home we knew we wanted, Jeff expedited the negotiation of the sale agreement, inspection, and closing. The process went smoothly. We love our home, it is the perfect place for us. Almost 10 years later we decided to sell our original home. We Couldn't have gotten the house ready for the market without his insights, advice, and muscle. Initially he shared what upgrades would be the best for the house, and was able to add to our list of contractors he has worked with. When we were not able to check the property during renovations, Jeff went out of his way several times to stop by the house to check on the progress. He even checked the house for us after several big storms when we could not get to it. He was able to share his knowledge of color trends for paint and lighting. When the refresh was complete, the house looked beautiful. Jeff even rolled up his sleeves to help with the final clean up. We had a full price offer and signed sales agreement within 10 days. We could not have found an agent who would have done more to help us buy or sell.

Jeff was so excited to have the chance to list a well known historic home. He took nothing for granted but immediately reached out to others for advise on possible selling price, best venues to advertise, and given that it was the beginning of COVID, best ways to show the property. He honored my special concerns of looking for the right buyer who would accept a continuing roll of stewardship for the property. Jeff was amazingly patient helping me through the process of finalizing repairs, downsizing and packing. I often would say I couldn’t do another thing and the next thing I knew he had encouraged me to do just a little more in small doses until I had actually done a whole lot more, but without any stress. The sale of this house and the purchase of my next house went so smoothly due to all of Jeff’s help. I am forever grateful that he was willing to take on the sale for me.

Jeff sold my mother’s house for me. I called him shortly after my mother died to have him look at the house to let me know what needed doing before putting it on the market. It looked overwhelming to me. There were decades of family history there. His recommendations for what I needed to do and assistance with a game plan to get there were invaluable. The vendors he put me in touch with were just the help I needed to get things done. At all times, he was sensitive to my family’s grief. He supported us without rushing us. We were very pleased with the whole process of working with him and the price at which the house sold!
