Jeff was so excited to have the chance to list a well known historic home. He took nothing for granted but immediately reached out to others for advise on possible selling price, best venues to advertise, and given that it was the beginning of COVID, best ways to show the property. He honored my special concerns of looking for the right buyer who would accept a continuing roll of stewardship for the property. Jeff was amazingly patient helping me through the process of finalizing repairs, downsizing and packing. I often would say I couldn’t do another thing and the next thing I knew he had encouraged me to do just a little more in small doses until I had actually done a whole lot more, but without any stress. The sale of this house and the purchase of my next house went so smoothly due to all of Jeff’s help. I am forever grateful that he was willing to take on the sale for me.

Jeff sold my mother’s house for me. I called him shortly after my mother died to have him look at the house to let me know what needed doing before putting it on the market. It looked overwhelming to me. There were decades of family history there. His recommendations for what I needed to do and assistance with a game plan to get there were invaluable.
