We ired jeff to sell our house and were so happy we hired him again to help us find a new home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and guided us through both the sale and purchase with aplomb. We can't say enough good things. First, he came by and helped us target what to fix up on our house. Then he expertly helped us list the house and guided us through the multiple offers, we received, then through the various inspections that the buyer and lender required. I also can't say enough for how patient Jeff was with my family as we searched for a new home. He is amazing at both the Edgewood/Gaspee area, but has connections all over and helped us find a house in Wickford that was perfect. My family benefited greatly from working with Jeff, and I know yours will equally benefit.

Jeff was easy going and took all the anxiety out of my selling process. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me simply so I could easily understand. Jeff was very helpful with suggestions on what could be done to fix up my house. He even ran to the hardware store himself at the last minute when I found I needed another fire alarm while the inspectors patiently waited rather than rescheduling! He was punctual and professional. Always calmed my worries with his easy going nature. I wouldn’t use another realtor. Jeff is great.

Jeff is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the area in and around Pawtuxet Village and beyond. He is, first and foremost, a people person; super approachable, gregarious and kind. His knowledge of the area and real estate is unsurpassed. One way that Jeff keeps his pulse on the community is through the café he owns, Little Falls, which truly is the heart of Pawtuxet Village. If you are looking for anything new coming up for sale, he’ll be the first to have heard of it. If you’re looking to sell, he’ll have a slew of connections with people looking to purchase. My family and I have sold and purchased several homes thanks to Jeff’s expertise. Jeff is a great real estate agent, a pleasure to work with and a gem of the Pawtuxet Village community. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Jeff helped us sell our house and buy a new one. He helped us price our house and we sold it very quickly and got an excellent offer. He also was good at giving us advise when looking at the house, because he knows the area well and he knew we were buying in an area were our house price would continue to go up.

Jeff made the transition of selling our home less stressful by negotiating with a qualified buyer and guiding us throughout the sale process. We were very satisfied and would recommend him as a good realtor.

Jeff is a very professional realtor. He is always on call for help or advice. He is very knowledgeable regarding the industry. He guided us through a very difficult real estate transaction. He made everything go very smoothly. It was a positive experience for us. I would recommend him to anyone whether buying or selling.

Jeff is awesome. We call him the mayor. Very personable, knows the area inside out. He is easy going but efficient. He has a very good sense of people and the local real estate market. We sold our house with him and also bought our new house with him. I would highly recommend Jeff.

I have worked with Jeff more than once and have recommended him to others both buying and selling. He is very low-key and makes both sides of the process as low stress as possible. He is straight forward and realistic about value so deals get done (and least in my experience ) in a pretty timely manner.

I used Jeff as my realtor when I sold my home. He was flexible with my time table, and helpful in getting my home ready for sale. My house sold in less than two weeks, with two offers. He was incredibly respectful of my home, especially with frequent showings, and an all around trustworthy guy! I moved out of state, and he continued to check in on my home until the closing day and stayed in touch for all lose ends even after closing! I would definitely use him again if I ever moved back to Rhode Island.

Very helpful and understanding of our situation. I would recommend Jeff any day. The photos of our house were outstanding. Always a pleasure to do business with him.

Jeff helped me buy my house 5 years ago and just sold it for me in 3 days. He goes the extra mile and is very responsive. I can’t recommend him enough.

I was referred to Jeff by a local friend of mine. I contacted him to assist us in a house purchase and he was available, responsive and knowledgeable right from the start. He got a clear understanding of what my husband I were looking for in a home and we looked at several homes together. He was tactful in his negotiations and always provided us information about each step in the process. My husband and I just moved into our new home and could not be more pleased with how smoothly the closing process went. Jeff is a genuine sincere man who clearly loves what he does and cares about his clients.
