Jeff St Germain was very helpful in guiding me through the process of preparing and selling my brother's house (estate sale). At our first meeting and walk though of the property, Jeff gave me the range of potential sales prices for the house, and he identified the factors that could move us into the higher end of that range. Jeff recommend a plumber to update the hot water/baseboard heat circulation system and a painter to spruce up the house. When buying a home it can be very stressful and difficult to get the ball rolling but when it came to Jeff the communication and knowledge of what to ask and what to look for when going to open houses and private showings was on the money Jeff was very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of the house buying business for my first time buying a house it was a great experience
