I spent a good month or two trying to find a selling agent that seemed like a good fit. We have worked with realtors in the past who were great, but a little more passive and old fashioned in their approach. We wanted someone who was up to date with things like photography and marketing and who understood the right way to approach our Mid Century split level. Jeff is extremely friendly and engaging, deals well with anxiety ridden clients, and quickly understood what we needed and how to get there. We were downsizing from 2600 sqft to traveling full time in our RV, so it was very hectic and stressful, but Jeff was able to work around everything and get us on the market all staged and beautiful in short order. We left town just as the house was listed and left it all in Jeff's hands. It sold quickly for a price that we were very pleased with, and Jeff made sure that the process of us closing from thousands of miles away was painless. Jeff worked exceptionally hard for us selling our house. Going above and beyond just doesn’t accurately define all Jeff did. From providing vendors to assist in getting everything ready to show to cleaning out the basement. He has a wealth of knowledge he uses to his clients advantage! This was an extremely long and complicated process for us due to things out of our control. Jeff kept us in the loop every step of the way and kept us calm. Jeff was fabulous! We needed to sell quickly due to getting a new job out of state. From meeting with Jeff for listing to the point of close was less than 30 days. Jeff's knowledge of the local market assured we received max offers that exceeded our expectations. He took care of a lot of little details beyond what I expected of a realtor, including replacing the smoke detectors which was required because of their age.
