We had a little bump in the road the day of closing but Kevin took the lead and took care of the situation with a reasonable outcome for all involved. I highly recommend him to everyone buying or selling in the area, I have bought and sold more than one home with him as my agent.

Kevin is an excellent agent

Kevin is an excellent agent. He was attentive to our needs and asked questions about any issues to ensure he understood our expectations. He worked quickly to get our home listed for sale. As a result of his efforts, out home sold within 7 days of being listed. I would highly recommended Kevin McDowell to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.!
