As first time home buyers, Kerry's experience and extensive understanding of the neighborhood and the local Reno market was incredibly helpful when it came to comps, the offer, negotiation, and generally guiding us through the process. His keen awareness of the specific issues and common repair-points of older homes was invaluble as well. We toured three homes together on the first day we met him, and it was immediately apparent how much knowledge and experience he had. From the very beginning Kerry was deeply attentive to our personal situation, wants, and needs with regards to the homebuying process. He was detail oriented, observant, personable, proactive, and had excellent communication throughout. He helped us meet all deadlines, and basically coordinated anything & everything required between the offer acceptance and closing. During our final walkthrough, Kerry was incredibly thorough and found a couple items that were supposed to be fixed, hadn't been resolved. He immediately discussed with the seller's agent and made sure everything was fixed by the scheduled closing date, personally coming out to confirm everything agreed upon had been fixed before we signed. Kerry also went to bat for us to resolve a last minute issue at the title company, once again allowing us to close on schedule. He basically made sure we wanted for nothing throughout the whole home buying process. I recomend him to anyone looking to buy a house in the Reno area!
