Buying a new construction home was one of the biggest milestones of my life, and I can’t imagine going through the process without Sheena by my side. Having someone whose job is to look out for your best interests makes all the difference. From contract to closing, Sheena was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always one step ahead. We had a great experience working with our realtor (Sheena Brooks) throughout the purchase of our new build (Toll Brothers) home in Sparks, Nevada. Let me start with, I do not have the words to fully describe how awesome she is. This is my 3rd interaction with her, real easte wise. She helped us get our home. Then helped with our nephew getting a place. This time she helped me with selling our home during a real difficult time. Everytime she helped us, she was very knowledgeable, resourceful and super personalable. She went beyond what anyone else would have done in her place. My partner of 40 years passed away.
