Don’t Buy New Construction Without Your Own Realtor

Buying a new construction home was one of the biggest milestones of my life, and I can’t imagine going through the process without Sheena by my side. A lot of people don’t realize that you can (and absolutely should) have your own representation when purchasing a brand-new home. Having someone whose job is to look out for your best interests makes all the difference. From contract to closing, Sheena was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always one step ahead. She answered every question, advocated for me throughout the process, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting instead. I always felt like I had someone in my corner, and her communication and attention to detail were exceptional.
