I have had 5 different relitors in the last 10 years, Dana and her team is by far the best we have had. We did not have to worry about anything. They got the paper work correct and handled, we didn't have to worry about a thing. She made sure to keep us up to date on the sale of our home and made sure we were not taken advantage of. She was professional and really did work for her paycheck. It was well deserved we don't have any comments where she could have done better. She was just that good.

Right from the start, working with Kristi was amazing. She is an amazing communicator and was transparent with us from the first conversation we had with her. We had one house that our hearts were set on, and she added another one that she thought might check all our boxes. Her intuition was right on the mark, the other house she brought us to ended up being the one we purchased. Kristi knew what we needed better than we did! She fought for us through the entire process and did not allow anybody to bully us out of what we wanted. Her insights were genuinely the most valuable resource we had, and her knowledge of the area was unmatched (where to avoid, where the best places would be, etc.). Honestly, without Kristi, I don’t think we would’ve been able to 1. Find this house and 2. Stick with the process of buying our house. She truly was a rock in the storm and made everything as smooth and easy as she possibly could. It doesn’t hurt to mention that she’s an expert at calming down and soothing first time homebuyers! We loved working with Kristi, and look forward to using her services again in the future. 10/10 recommend going with her for all your real estate needs!!

Miss Marilyn is the only one I think of when it comes to buying houses or selling. I have purchased in multiple states including multiple properties here in Fallon Nevada and have tried other realtors. The experience with Miss Marilyn has been an enjoyable experience due to her skills, honesty, and thought. Initially her and I met while viewing another property I was not overly eager about and she was the others agent. The way she handled my scoffing about that property made me take another look at it in a positive light. Pretty sure neither of us thought that later on we would be each other’s client/agent. I am about to sell my last two homes and make my last purchase and because of the personal magnitude of it I would trust no other than her to do so.
