This is our fifth house to purchase and working with Kerry was awesome from the beginning. She was professional in every way and offered help in any area we may need. I never felt pressured or that my opinion was not appreciated. Kerry goes above and beyond what a realtor should be. I would highly recommend her and definitely would appreciate her help for any future purchases. She's not only a great agent she's a great human being.

Kerry helped us close on our forever home in Ayden, NC. The closing was very complicated in that it was an estate with the owners remote and in different locations. We were remote as well as we currently reside near Houston, TX. To further complicate the transaction, it was necessary to carve out an additional, contiguous parcel and subsequently combine this with the original, listed parcel. Kerry worked tirelessly making multiple trips to the property on our behalf, calling contractors, and always promptly returning our calls. She truly went way above and beyond. We couldn't have done this without her.

Ms. Cava has been working with me for a long time trying to sell my home. She is a fast responder and knowledgeable, she even knew the job of another company and corrected things from there.

Kerry was not the official seller's rep on a property that we bought in New Bern and she stepped up when we had challenges with the assigned seller's rep, who had been unresponsive and less than forthcoming. We would trust Kerry to represent us either as sellers or buyers in the future because she displays important attributes of a real estate professional: integrity, compassion, knowledge, and, empathy.

From start to finish, Kerry has gone above and beyond. She was willing to go to any distance, put in the time, effort and advocate for me through every step of my buying process. She always responded to my calls, texts, emails etc. and addressed any concerns I had without fail and in a timely manner. I was looking from out of state and she never missed a beat. No matter how many times I changed my mind on location, type of home, land size. building vs. buying Kerry was in my corner until I found exactly what I wanted. She made the process as seamless and low stress as possible. I could not have built my dream home without her!

Kerry was very professional, caring and knowledgeable about the current market. She made a stressful situation more comfortable.
