The real estate profession is... full of entitled self serving opportunists and wannabes and those that focus on "let's do this the quick and easy way" without having to spend much time on sales effort while spending less time on getting the deal done, by pricing below market to keep our sales volume high, as this is a performance metric which brings future customers...they want to see numerical performance. Stephen has both, performance in sales numbers and performance in dollar sales/market return per unit. His secret? He works in a timely manner, does the research, and associates with professional individuals that know their craft. Out of almost 80+ RE agents I have worked with over the last 45 years, Stephen is in the top 5. Of those 5, 2 have gone to the great RE office in the sky and 1 recently retired in disgust of their realty support company...and the last retired from overwork. It's the nature of the industry, based on consumer lack of knowledge and the ease of which buyers and sellers can be sold nonsense. Proof you say?
