Kerry helped us close on our forever home in Ayden, NC. The closing was very complicated in that it was an estate with the owners remote and in different locations. We were remote as well as we currently reside near Houston, TX. To further complicate the transaction, it was necessary to carve out an additional, contiguous parcel and subsequently combine this with the original, listed parcel. Kerry worked tirelessly making multiple trips to the property on our behalf, calling contractors, and always promptly returning our calls. She truly went way above and beyond. We couldn't have done this without her.
