Kent has been helping us for the last 7 months, and is still helping us after closing for turning in the document to the city hall, giving us an advice on moving company, keeping the house key until we move into town etc. He has gone above and beyond spending his time and effort on many weekends for us. I truly appreciate his support and the friendship beyond agent-client relationship. We did 8 in-person home tours, and 5 virtual tours over the period of 6 months. He has been very patient with us, and completely understands the difficulties of finding a right house from out of state in this low inventory housing market. After we found the right house, he guided us through the closing process. He went over the inspection report one by one with us, guided us what repair requests to list on contingency etc. He always found the answers to our questions in a timely fashion. He once told me a story about real estate agent fiduciary duty. I saw his pride and real professionalism in him. He truly loves his job. I definitely want him to help us again in the future when we sell our house, and highly recommend him to my friends. Kent will be my go-to real estate agent, and will be my good neighbor when we move into town!
