When we found just the right one....he did the walk-thru with us via video. going room to room and answering our questions...even to the size of the outside shed. When we got to Marana, he took us thru for the final walk-thru and the house is just what we were wanting. All paperwork was handled in a very nice and professional way. Our escrow even closed a day earlier than originally stated. Ken was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone searching for a house in the area.
