My wife and I met Ken in his office one day while shopping. We began to chat and found out we had many things in common. Ken took the time to listen to our wants and needs and set up introductions to new construction options versus existing listings to confirm our preferences. Ken had excellent taste for design, décor, and function. After returning to our home in Michigan, Ken continued to keep us informed with new listings which would match our wants and needs. He was always available via phone for any questions about the properties we previewed.
One day we received a listing that we believed was the one for us in Oro Valley. Ken immediately set up a video walk through tour of the home via FaceTime. We relied on Ken's honest feedback on the house and his impression of its quality, functionality, and the HOA community. Based on viewing the house and Ken's expert feedback, we made an offer on the house. People might think we were crazy to buy a house we never visited, but we put faith and trust in our working relationship in Ken and found out our trust was spot on when the deal was done, and we first visited our new home. Ken's expert and honest opinion of the property was more than accurate.
Once the sale was finalized Ken continued to be of great service. When a summer storm brought down a tree limb onto the sidewalk, the HOA sent an email to fix the problem immediately which was difficult to do from Michigan, so I called Ken for help. Within 2 hours he went over with a saw, took care of the of the problem, then provided a local reference for tree service for our future needs. Additionally, Ken has been a reliable source to reference local gardeners and businesses. His professional connections provide a great help to newcomers like us, unfamiliar with Tucson's housing environment.
