Buying a home in 2022 is challenging, to say the least. Kelly knows the market well in the Denver Colorado area and knows what it takes to get you, as a buyer, under contract. First offer, I listened to what she recommended that I do, and listened to her guidance with the offer. My offer was accepted and I closed on my new home in 30 days!
