Kelly did a great job helping us find our home in Venice. At the outset, she explained that she would represent only us, i.e., she would not have any dual loyalties by also representing a seller. Kelly showed us several homes, and was very helpful in pointing out not just the advantages, but also the possible downsides, to each property, which we appreciated. She was also very helpful in assessing the requested prices and opining whether they were fair or too high. When we eventually found a home we wanted to buy, Kelly helped us craft a winning bid. She could have made a larger commission by suggesting that we bid a higher amount, but chose instead to keep our purchase price down. We found her to be honest and fair and greatly appreciated that she always worked in our best interests. She was also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. We would highly recommend her services.

From the first day I called Kelly she walked me threw buying a second home without being in Florida. She explained how everything works for buying a home including bidding, contract, and even did a virtual showing of houses we were interested in. She made the hole experience of buying our retirement home so easy! She was very knowledgeable about the legal agreements, she always was very prompt to answer any question I had either by text message or phone call.
