I had been looking for a home in the Osprey/Nokomis area of Florida for over a year. About halfway through the process I was fortunate to meet Kelly Pankiw. I was impressed by her energy, her sense of humor and her knowledge of the properties and the market. From that point on, she was the only person I worked with to find a home. Kelly was on top of every listing that she thought might be of interest to me, but never wasted my time with properties that clearly didn’t fit the bill. Eventually I found places I wanted to put offers on. Every one of them ended up going for significantly over the asking price. She would show me facts and figures to support her recommendation on what she felt the house would go for and I would put in a bid. Usually it was under what she thought the final figure would be. She was always right. Finally, on the last place I followed her advice exactly and ended up with the house I wanted. Despite the sheer number of places we looked at, Kelly was always positive and enthusiastic. I actually enjoyed the process because she made it fun, and I have no doubt that she was working with my best interests at heart throughout. It is unlikely that I’ll be looking for a home again any time soon, but she would be my first call if I were. Just as she would be my first call if I were selling. Kelly was very receptive to our suggestions about what we wanted in a home. She showed us several listings and models even before we got to Florida. Once we arrived in Florida, she was able to show us several new models and a re-sale right away. After we decided on the house we liked, she discussed the bid with us and quickly forwarded the bid to the owner.
