We decided to list with Kelly Pankiw based upon her track record and a gut feeling that she would do whatever it took to sell our home quickly and at a fair price. She identified a buyer at our first open house and our home was under contract quickly but that doesn't begin to tell the story. 2 days after contract, our community was hit hard by hurricane Ian. We were in the eyewall for 8 hours and sustained significant water damage. Kelly was stuck in her home for days due to the flooding in her community. We were fearful that our buyer would pull out but Kelly navigated the situation to close with exceptional professionalism.
