Kelly is very creative when listing your home. A video was made that enabled buyers to experience our home at anytime convenient for them, which is important since so many buyers are from out of town. Kelly always came to us to discuss marketing ideas as well as suggestions for us to show how beautiful our home was. Kelly kept us up to date on everything when selling our house. We highly recommend Kelly for anyone that is planning to sell their home as well anyone looking for a new home in our area.

Kelly was knowledgeable of the area. She was able to show us previously owned houses as well as new builds. She gave us information about shopping and other amenities near the homes we looked at. Once we chose something, she worked together with the builder to help us get all the things we needed. When difficulties arose in the process, she was the first one to reach out to the builders to get things sorted out.

It was a 2 year process until we decided on a home in Florida. Kelly stuck with us through out those 2 years, showing us homes via video, we lived in Pennsylvania. We trusted what she told us and relied heavily on her opinions and input. She reminded us of the differences/concerns with purchasing a home in Florida versus Pennsylvania. We got to know her and liked being associated with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone and would not hesitate to use her again if needed!
