About Kelli

Kelli’s grandfather moved his young family to Ft Lauderdale in 1945, giving his grandchildren the privilege of growing up on the sandy beaches of Broward County. Having spent her entire life living in the area has afforded her the unique gift of understanding first hand the development of South Florida. This geographical knowledge and remarkable understanding of each community provides her clients a tremendous advantage. As a mother of six children, Kelli is widely recognized as a skilled negotiator, collaborator, organizer, communicator, and very passionate about her profession and those she serves. As a realtor®, she works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors in transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types found in South Florida. Her feel of various marketplaces qualifies her as accomplished in the field of real estate. Kelli was a great agent for us as we made a big move from the mid-Atlantic to Florida!

Kelli was so helpful in many ways. We found our property and Kelli helped with long-distance negotiation and administrative requirements. In the short time we were in Florida to inspect the property Kelli helped with many applications - - assisting and making copies for us, explaining unfamiliar concepts!, and hand delivering paperwork when necessary. She was generous with her time and talent and helped secure the property after settlement until we could move. Since then Kelli has assisted us with some work we need to do by connecting us with the right vendors. It was a pleasure to work with her and she is highly recommended!

Far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended!
