Kelli was so helpful in many ways. We found our property and Kelli helped with long-distance negotiation and administrative requirements. In the short time we were in Florida to inspect the property Kelli helped with many applications - - assisting and making copies for us, explaining unfamiliar concepts!, and hand delivering paperwork when necessary. She was generous with her time and talent and helped secure the property after settlement until we could move. Since then Kelli has assisted us with some work we need to do by connecting us with the right vendors. It was a pleasure to work with her and she is highly recommended!

I don’t know where to start so how about fantastic. First and most important is that she is very and personable and someone that you want to call a friend. She is easy to contact and gets back with you immediately. She knows her job extremely well and knows all the tricks that buyers, realtors or finance companies my play and stops them in their tracks. Kelli has been my realtor in 2 transactions (an office and a house) and will be my realtor for many more. As to my home: I came to south florida with no idea where I wanted to live, no idea what type of lifestyle I wanted to live and fluctuating on whether I wanted an apartment, condo or single family home. My target area was basically all of south florida, and any type of dwelling. OFFICE -- The home search took so long, in the process I wound up buying a small office. I did the entire transaction from Philadelphia and Kelli took care of everything from Florida. She gave me several facetime tours of the space and handled all of the logistics. She really goes above and beyond. Anyway, I don't generally leave reviews -- not good ones anyway, only when angry -- but Kelli really is a special person and tremendous at her job. She knows S. Florida inside and out and knows everything there is no know about her profession and related professions (construction / zoning , etc..). Also, Kelli was referred to me by a friend. Kelli's insights into pricing, marketing, and getting to contract were invaluable. I have been a real estate lawyer and developer for over 40 years and Kelli is at the top of my list as a residential agent. She also is a kind and generous lady, and basically adopted my 92 year old mother, her client, so as to ease my mom's concerns and fears. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kelli Wolk! We were first-time homebuyers trying to fight for the right house. We started this process with another “recommended” realtor, but after an extremely draining experience - losing contract after contract and what we thought was our “dream home,” we decided to hire Kelli who not only “got the job done,” but looked out for our best interest. She is honest, hands-on, extremely knowledgeable, personable but aggressive (which is a MUST when fighting for a house), goes ABOVE AND BEYOND, and treats each house like she’s buying her own. She really took the pressure off us, and never left us in a bidding war like the other realtor. When we found the “one,” she called the seller’s agent and had a verbal deal done before we sent our offer; losing the house we wanted was NOT an option in her book. She even created a relationship with the other agent that became essential during this process. Kelli walked us through every step, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach, but it worked, and the way Kelli handled each step is the ONLY reason we have this house! We didn’t realize that a realtor really does make or break the deal.
