Kelley Jo helped me purchase a new construction listing, which obviously involves different aspects than a typical home sale. It was long process with so many things to think about and situations to handle with the builder. Also, there many difficult extenuating circumstances out of our control to work through. Kelley Jo was an excellent communicator when handling my purchase of my new home. She had to arrange maintenance issues with the HOA along with the lender to keep our loan closing on track and closing on time. I appreciate that bulldog spirit.
