We worked with Keith and Mandi to both purchase and later to sell a home we used to care for my mother. In both cases, Keith and Mandi were a pleasure to work with and they met/exceeded our expectations. They were very responsive, quick to understand our situation, and provided excellent guidance. They worked with both my sister (who lives in VA) and myself (I live in TX) to ensure our needs and timelines were met quickly. Being out-of-state, they were very helpful stepping in and locally coordinating small service/repair needs on the sale.
