Katya managed the sale of a condo in an exceptionally complex estate process that I was involved with. She worked hard to resolve a seemingly impossible situation with the lender, and then listed the condo and sold it for top dollar, in record time. Katya is professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable, and comes across as warm and reassuring. I couldn't be more thankful for her expertise and effort put into this sale. 10 stars!!!

Katya was incredibly detailed in explaining and walking me, a first-time home buyer, through the entire process. She was very patient, never once putting pressure on me to buy a specific home and never hurrying me to buy. Even with the current insane market situation, she always made sure the homes she showed were within my needs (location, backyard size, etc.) I learned a lot from Katya about things to look for when considering a home, things that I was completely oblivious to. For example, discoloration or small cracks in walls, slightly uneven floors, and too much of an incline in a backyard that would cause issues when it rained. I was a bit nervous about buying a home, but Katya quickly put me at ease with her pleasant disposition, honesty, and experience. I honestly couldn't imagine using another realtor.
