Katina Farrell

Katina has been an excellent realtor to work with and we are so grateful for her knowledge, expertise, and patience. We were looking to buy our first home together as a married couple with young kids. We had a difficult time deciding what we wanted in a home and Katina did an excellent job of assessing our wants and needs and helping us meet those with what was realistic for our budget. We had several instances where we changed our decision and she was patient and receptive through the whole process. I really feel like Katina cares about her clients and wants to help them, and this is something we hadn't experienced in the past. She advocates for her clients in every way possible, and throughout our entire process, she was extremely effective at communicating every change or piece of information. Buying a home is one of the most stressful life events and I literally do not know how we could have done it without her. I'm so grateful she helped us get our dream home and I would give her the highest recommendation to any person I know looking to buy or sell.

If I could give Katina 10 stars I would! She is absolutely the best Realtor that I have ever worked with and she goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I had some issues right before closing and she did everything that she could to make it right, even though she didn't have to and it wasn't her fault at all. I never write reviews, so the fact that I am now just goes to show how impressed I was with her professionalism and level of service. She really is the BEST in the business!

Working with Katina Farrell was the best part of buying/selling a house. In the chaotic world of real estate, deadlines, inspections, etc I never doubted that she was on top of everything and made the process so easy for me. She was always professional, on time for showings and helped me quickly narrow down what was important to me in finding a new home. Her experience was clear and made the entire process less stressful. I will definitely call her for a new home or investment property down the road.
