Katie worked with us on both the buy and sell side. On the buy side she assisted us in negotiating a very fair deal, recommended a great home inspection professional, and title company. She was very easy to work with and was always available when we needed her either by phone or email. On the sell side, she secured a full asking price contract for our home within 3 weeks.
