Katie and Hillary sold our house in 8 days after listing. i shouldn't sell them short. Katie worked very hard for two months making professional recommendations on things to make our house shine. Katie also helped us find local help in doing some of the work. I am a a-1 personality and somehow she knew how to keep me calm. I would recommend the team to anyone. and by the way, the pie at Thanksgiving is the greatest.

Katie and her team are absolutely amazing. I wasn't the easiest buyer and my husband was even more complicated than me, lol. I wanted a very specific type of home, with an excellent schooling district, and did not want to go over a specific amount for the sales price. Those were my easy requests.
