We were introduced to Kathy when she helped our daughter purchase and then later sell her first townhome in Navarre. A couple of years later when we knew we wanted to move back to Pensacola to be near family, we knew exactly who to call. She is very professional and made sure every step of the process was taken care of. Whatever questions came up during our process, Kathy was quick to reach out to us by text, email or phone calls and kept us updated along the way. We had the best experience from two very caring people and consider Kathy and Drew friends for life!

My husband and I just have to say that Kathy and Drew Spady are the best!!! They truly go above and beyond. Kathy and Drew worked with us while stationed overseas. They took the time to check out a lot we purchased. Walking us through a forest making sense of how perfect the lot was. Then it was time to pick a builder. They helped us decide to go with Flynn Built. They have the most options and great layouts. It was a long process and I don’t know how we could have done it without them. It is an amazing feeling to know they were always on our team and looking after our best interest. Kathy was extremely patient with me and was without exception, always available when I reached out to her with any concerns from the time she listed the property until it was sold.
